Is steam cleaning safe — and better than a regular wash?

Do I pay before the service?
No — we only secure your card at booking, but you’re charged after the service is completed. You’ll receive a receipt and confirmation once the job is done. No upfront payment, no surprises.
My apartment has tight or no parking. What should I do?
No problem! We’re fully mobile and can meet you anywhere that’s safe and accessible. If your apartment or condo has restrictions, you can meet us at one of our easy access spots such as Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island, Kakaʻako Waterfront Park, or any public parking area nearby.
Do you need anything from me?
Nope — we’ve got everything covered. We bring our own power, steam gear, and tools. No need to plug us in or provide water — just toss us the keys and kick back.
