Is steam cleaning safe — and better than a regular wash?

Yes! Steam detailing is completely safe for your paint, wheels, and interior. It lifts dirt, sanitizes surfaces, and kills 99.9% of bacteria using less than one gallon of water per vehicle. It’s the most eco-friendly, effective, and Hawaiʻi-approved way to clean your car.

Do I pay before the service?

No — payment happens automatically once your detail is complete. You’ll get a confirmation when your booking is accepted, and your card will only be charged after service — no hidden fees or pre-charges.

My apartment has tight or no parking. What should I do?

No problem! We’re fully mobile and can meet you anywhere that’s safe and accessible. If your apartment or condo has restrictions, you can meet us at one of our easy access spots such as Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island, Kakaʻako Waterfront Park, or any public parking area nearby.

Do you need anything from me?

Nothing at all — we bring our own power, steam, and gear. You don’t need to provide water or electricity. Just leave your car unlocked if you’re away and come back to a spotless shine.

Yes — WASHD is fully licensed and insured. In the rare case of an incident or damage, you’re completely covered. Your peace of mind is as important to us as your car’s shine.
