Is steam cleaning safe — and better than a regular wash?

Do I pay before the service?

No — payment happens automatically once your detail is complete. You’ll get a confirmation when your booking is accepted, and your card will only be charged after service — no hidden fees or pre-charges.

My apartment has tight or no parking. What should I do?

No problem! We’re fully mobile and can meet you anywhere that’s safe and accessible. If your apartment or condo has restrictions, you can meet us at one of our easy access spots such as Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island, Kakaʻako Waterfront Park, or any public parking area nearby.

Do you need anything from me?

Nothing at all — we bring our own power, steam, and gear. You don’t need to provide water or electricity. Just leave your car unlocked if you’re away and come back to a spotless shine.
