How to Keep Your Warranty Active

  • Register your warranty within 30 days of application.
  • Complete the required annual maintenance service every year.
  • Follow proper washing and drying methods.
  • Use touchless washes only — never brush washes.
  • Avoid prohibited chemicals and abrasive tools.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Oxidation and UV-related degradation
  • Loss of gloss under normal use
  • Acid rain exposure
  • Paint chalking related to coating performance

Coverage applies to coating performance — not accident damage or cosmetic wear.

Annual Maintenance Service (Required)

The annual service is not optional — it’s your warranty safeguard and keeps the coating performing as intended. Missing your annual service may permanently void coverage.

Service Includes

  • Exterior wash & decontamination
  • Inspection
  • Coating refresh / topcoat (if applicable)

What Is Not Covered

  • Scratches, swirl marks, rock chips
  • Collision or vandalism damage
  • Improper washing or abrasive damage
  • Clear coat failure or pre-existing defects
  • Water spots left to dry on paint

Bodywork & Repairs

If a coated panel is repainted or repaired, that area must be re-treated to maintain protection. Reapplication fees may apply.

Filing a Claim

Contact WASHD within 30 days of noticing an issue. Provide photos and appointment details, and we will guide you through next steps.
