Absolutely. Our steam reaches 275°F — hot enough to kill 99.9% of bacteria, even in high-touch areas like your steering wheel and handbrake (yep, dirtier than a toilet seat!). It’s totally safe for paint, leather, and interiors, removes odors, and uses less than 1 gallon of water- making it a cleaner, greener way to clean your car without any chemicals.
Do I pay before the service?
No — we only secure your card at booking, but you’re charged after the service is completed. You’ll receive a receipt and confirmation once the job is done. No upfront payment, no surprises.
My apartment has tight or no parking. What should I do?
No worries at all! If your location has limited space or no private parking, you can easily schedule your WASHD appointment at a nearby public location. We regularly service customers at: • Beach parks – such as Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island, and Kaka‘ako Waterfront Park •Shopping center parking lots – like Ala Moana Center, Ward Village, or Pearlridge Center •Public spaces and open parking areas – including Waikiki Shell, Blaisdell Center, or Kapi‘olani Park
These spots are easy to access, centrally located, and perfect for your mobile detailing service. Just leave your car with us while you shop, go for a swim, or enjoy your day. You’ll come back to a spotless ride!
